Alexander Walsh brings extensive experience in investment, finance and corporate strategy to AWJ Group. With a strong understanding of market dynamics, investment structuring and operational performance, Alex provides strategic guidance across the Group’s activities. His ability to identify opportunities, assess potential and support scalable growth helps strengthen AWJ Group’s commercial foundations, ensuring investment decisions balance immediate opportunity with sustainable value creation and the Group’s wider long-term growth ambitions across its portfolio.
Will Jenkins

Managing Director
Will Jenkins is the founder and driving force behind AWJ Group, combining hands-on experience in construction, property and development with a strong commercial instinct. A carpenter by trade, Will has built an extensive network of skilled professionals and trusted partners. His ability to identify opportunities, understand what makes businesses work and bring the right people together has shaped AWJ Group’s growth, investment strategy and long-term ambitions across multiple sectors.
James Horsburgh

Director, Corporate Finance & Strategy

James Horsburgh brings extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets and strategic advisory to AWJ Group. Drawing on a career with HSBC, James provides valuable insight into investment, growth and the financial considerations behind ambitious businesses. His understanding of complex transactions, commercial relationships and wider market dynamics strengthens the Group’s strategic thinking, helping AWJ identify opportunities, navigate investment decisions and build strong foundations for sustainable growth across its expanding portfolio of businesses.
Liam Bevan

Co-Founder & Operating Partner
Liam began his career as an apprentice carpenter before founding LCB Construction in South Wales in 2010. He grew the business across Wales, South West England and the Home Counties, ultimately leading its evolution into the platform company for Cardo Group in 2023. An experienced founder and business leader, Liam brings first-hand knowledge of building, scaling and transitioning successful businesses, alongside a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by ambitious founders.
